A dream that was
home all along.
Hi y’all! We’re Dandy and Karen Bergman. We’ve been married for 25 years, raised three amazing boys, and carried this dream in our hearts for years.
As it turns out, the right place had been with us all along. The Tower sits on family land belonging to Dandy’s mom, Jullie Bergman. She and James, Dandy’s dad, made this place something special. James went to be with the Lord in 2023, but his story is still woven into this hilltop.
James built radio towers, and Jullie kept everything running behind the scenes. Some of those very towers stand here today. “The Tower” is what James always called this place, and we couldn’t imagine calling it anything else.

When we brought the idea to Jullie, her response was simple: “I think it will be good.” That was all we needed. This hidden gem had always been a gathering place for family and close friends. Now, we wanted to share it.
As a Christian family, we prayed over this decision long before we began building. I’ve walked through these rooms and under the pavilion and prayed over every wall. Our hope is that sacred vows will be spoken here, strong and lasting marriages will begin, and every celebration will be special.
This isn’t just a venue to us. It’s a piece of our story, our family, and now, we can’t wait to share it with all of you. Thank you for watching this vision come to life.
